Hi Deb,
I love street scenes and this one is full of textures, tones and details, with nice composition and perspective. The "leave me alone, let me read my paper" composition is amazing. Great vision of things!

I like this street shot very much Deb. This one is a successful photograph because even if you had not said that this was Sunday, one can very well feel it from your photo. The laid-back Sunday newspaper reading on the street (just like ours in Calcutta), the near-empty footpath and the overall laid back attitude of the people all say that this is a Sunday. The peaceful co-existence of the cat and the dog also convey that they are highly influenced by this 'Sunday morning feeling' that we all enjoy. Lovely shot. 7/7

Excellent street shot, Deb, and the toning lends itself to that old time, lazy atmosphere of the reclining dog and cat with the woman reading the paper.
