Thanks for the nice note Robbie, and my wish for you and your family is that you remain happy and well for as long as you wish. I experienced loss of my computer upon return from NC, and it has taken a while to get this one set up the way I wanted. Fortunately, I recovered the internal hard drive with all my images, as well as the external back up drive. It was pretty scary for awhile. Regards to you and your family, Robbie. Anson

This has a magical feeling to it. It is like an invitation into a wonderfully happy daydream. Those golden tones are marvelous and bring out such gentle detailing in the trees. Superb. MAry

A dreaming vision Greg, the place of the apparition. Anson, be patient with my poor English: what is it "woolfork"? Have a pleasant weekend.

A combination of IR filter attached to the lens, in this case a Wratten 89B, and the characteristics of the internal "hot filter" of the camera, along with a little PS work to develop the tones. Anson

A first try at a little different approach, Paul, and getting a positive feedback from a stickler for images as yourself means much. Normally don't shoot into the sun, what with flare, etc, to contend. Thanks so much for the look and flattering comment. Regards. Anson

I'm pleased you like this one, Onie, since it is sort of an experiment away from a conventional IR shot. Depth was an extra unexpected feature of this shot, so glad you saw that aspect. Thanks for stopping by, and come back. Anson
