I like the word "paquerette". Here they appear also around Easter. The "true" marguerites have not started yet too. But it will be soon!

Je me suis permis de lire le commentaire de Josep ainsi que votre réponse; en français c'est comme en espagnol (langue latine): marguerite. Il y a cependant une petite (minuscule) variété qu'on appelle «paquerette» et qui est souvent rose à coeur jaune.

Cher Neptune (hahaha!),(il faut avouer que vous êtes entouré de jolies sirènes et que je ne vous voyais pas si géant). Je vous l'ai dit je crois, ici nous n'aurons pas de marguerites avant la fin juin, (donc vous êtes grand et en avance), et en attendant je me rince l'oeil avec celle-ci qui est magnifique (à part la tache de moutarde)car j'ai toujours aimé les marguerites nature.

Thanks, Josep. There are two kinds of these flowers. The small ones, just 5 to 10 cm above ground, in English Daysies, and the taller ones, called Marguerites, which will start to bloom in about a week from now. This is a Daisy.
