Pan, I just saw someone mention about your photos having a sad, almost melancholy feel. I agree.
But as they say, 'our sweetest songs tell us about our saddest memories'
You stand tall, Pan. VERY VERY TALL.
I admire you.

A wonderful, powerful photo, Pan. You certainly take dark tones to their limit. And it works wonderfully every time. I'm impressed. Steve

Tribute to symbolism and a very good photo. The hand comes virtually out of nowhere and nontheless it doesn't cause fear. I also notice the "fuzzyness" of the background which in this case is exactly what the photo needs to enhance symbolism.
Excellently done!

Reaching out to me... pure poetry. Pan, this works well on so many levels. Shallow dof in this instance, aids the veiwer to immediately understand your intent as well as leaving enough mystery for the imagination...
Another fav. Cheers Rina.

i like its jesture, it really seems to me that it's getting out from the photo, but if you don't mind i should say that despite its great tone it's a bit unclear! anyway the idea is great! keep up the good job Pan!

Dear Pan A very beautiful image that corresponds well with the title. I love the rustic look! When I saw it as a thumbnail, I thought for a second that it was a rhino:-) All the best, Annemette
