Thanks for your comment Gabriela, my still lifes are coming slowly, as I'll be taking some days off - possibly the entire week, I didn't have much time to process them. As a matter of fact I didn't even have time to look at all of them yet.

Thanks Mark, I didn't realize the fisherman actually gave a sense of scale, but you're right! It is a large river and a big chunk of the riverbank :)

Excellent composition. Without the fisherman I would have entirely misjudged the scale of this, thinking the scene much smaller than it actually is. Just looking across the river it appears to be a small river with trees nearby on the opposite bank. The fisherman shows me that this is actually a much larger scene with huge trees on the opposite bank. It is a tickle for the eye to suddenly realize the scale of the scene. Well done Ina!

Dear Ina, you really caught someone fishing! A huge angle, the perspective is eye-boggling!Wonderful colours and shapes in those trees - you know they are among my favourite subjects for shots!The colours of trees&grasses contrast beautifully with the water! I really love it!
(by the way, where are the "still lifes" you promised?)

Ina, here are the great scenes from the banks of Grand River. Both I guess could be almost stiched to super panaorama. I like the colors, the river and the banks contrast so much but work fine together to set the great mood of the scene. Cheers, n.j
