You might have to further diffuse the light to get rid of the hot spot. It is a good photo. I made it into a sepia toned photo and it also looks good. (I deleted it so I can't post it here to show you).

Also, (and I know this is picky..) the time on the clock should be 1:50 or 10 minutes to 2.. just for symmetry :)

The only thing I see that's out of place is the reflection on the watch at about the 7. I am working on just that issue, to not have the light source in the photo. I looked at your photo twice before I click on it. So it got my attention real well. Good job!
