Your first image is a fine start. Wonderful light in both the sunset sky, and from the harbour lights.I particularly admire the foreground concrete texture, (almost an abstract shape in itself!)to emphasize the distance scene.
Excellent crop, with good symmetry, and no extraneous detail to distract.
This one is going into my favourites, and I'm rating it a seven, Alan
