Thanks alot Karen for your analyze and comment.. im pleased you liked it! =) I agree that it would be better if the man was closer but this was as close he came to me.. he stopped for a little while and then we continued his walk. He didnt go for the light though! ;)
Cheers!

This tree is awesome! I could think of many things to do with it lol.. I see the eyes. A little different angle to eliminate the house on the left, a hooded figure walking towards the light, a little bit darker.. and you'd have THRILLER all over again lol.. Very cool.

Great idea Patrick. Here you see that the younger people have life completely wrong, but the old man is wiser. Everyday people rush about through their lives missing the opportunity for something special to happen to them, because they are always too busy with everything to pay attention to anything.
But the old man, there he is taking his time to enjoy his surroundings and just life in general. There is a lesson to be learned.
That is one amazingly beautiful tree, seems to have grown gracefully with its branches spreading through the sky. I love the way the light hits some of the leaves making it almost seem like a blazing fire reaching towards the sky.
The only thing I would wish for is for the old man to be closer to you, perhaps with his back facing you, but close enough to get some details of him, but with him facing away would keep him anonymous to represent elderly people in general.
Great image Patrick~

Great shot. Excellent submission for the project Amazing how the light is centred on the road. It gives the idea of some supernatural phenomenon that draws everyone into the direction of the light Fantastic capture. Regards - Emgy

Naa.. if you look at the round things that budges out before the tree goes thin again.. before the branches. The round things are the eyes.. Perhaps im the only one seeing it.. hehe. =)
Cheers and thanks again!
