Leslie -- I started this a while back and then revised it so I don't remember everything I did. But briefly, I cropped a portion of a photo including only one tulip in a background of blue forget-me-nots. I selected everything but the flower and did a heavy gaussian blur. I then did a polar coord. distortion. I used the Liquify filter to pull some of the petals toward the center and to make some of the swirls in the center more interesting. Then made some adjustments to saturation, particularly to blue center which I intensified and darkened. Did some additional tweaking and then changed image size to turn what was originally a square/circle to rectangle/oval. Actually pretty straightforward but it took hours...

Pretty racy and different for you Patricia. This photo art piece has a lot to offer-- color, movement, dynamics, and some drama. I think there almost has to be something more specific at the center of the eye? Yes? No? I love the colors and movement.
