This photo has a very special attraction apart from all the pastries. The reflection from the window creates an unreal feeling, shutting the wievers out and making us realize that we are not invited to the party. I kind of like that illusion. A great capture.

Patricia excellent shot, the reflections, sharpness vs bit of blur/softness it ALL works - right on the money! Seems we "think alike" - see Pizza Man, But I Like YOURS better! http://www.usefilm.com/photographer/26114.html

There are times when I HATE the tiny UF thumbnails, which really penalize images that lack a dominate central subject. This one, for instance. So easy to overlook in the thumbnail, yet such a tasty treat for those who look. Can I finish this without making some kind of quip about French tarts? Probably not. I vote with John. An excellent street shot worthy of Atget, Cartier-Bresson, et al.

....my god woman! you're making my mouth water-- and I don't even speak French-- so the picture must be effective. This is really nice-- albeit a bit cruel;>) Cheers and Drools. Craig
