Very very good coloring on the bird, and also good details except for some few regions of overexposure on the whites, Supriyo. The timing was also very good for a nice portrait of the bird, as it shows a bit of its face and also a bit of its profile.

I think that either it should be more on the right on a normal rectangle image, or perhaps in the center of a square image.

On the attachment I burned a bit the whites and cropped it tighter. Unfortunately the burning doesn't reveal as many more details - they are simply not available anymore. But the reds do absorb strongly enough in order to almost overlook the whites, and the nice details there pay back.
