I have made it to Florida and this is for the time being the view I have at sunset. I still have no internet connection, but I make it to town to use the library link now and then. I will get on to comment as soon as I can, and to check out your photos. My best to all. Alison

Hiya sweet Alison, I am so pleased to 'see' you are gradually sorting through this moving business. This is such a wonderfully well composed landscape my dear friend. It is two pictures in one in some respects. We have a most beautiful sunset complete with amazing hot rich tones, the silhouetted trees and a delicious reflection in the water. Now then, we arrive at the foreground where the water grasses grow and lily pads float on the surface to see a secondary reflection depicting the last of the blue skies dotted with fluffy white clouds. Your study has such great thought to it and is composed with excellence. Well done to you Alison, get on line when you can and lets be seeing more like this.
