Way to shoot from the hip. I love the skin colours and the bright whites against the deep black background. Maybe they should have let you take pictures in exchange for prints.

Hi Heather, This to me is one of those photos called "A good miss". I think your shutter settings turned out to be right on. I really like the sense of movement, yet with enough detail to understand the photo. I also am glad you left it in color. Good job. Glad you didn't get caught. Sometimes sneaking a photo can be fun and produce a pretty good shot (of course the exact opposite can happen as well and that isn't fun). Thanks for sharing. Steve

Heather, if we all had a buck for the photos taken that weren?t supposed to be we?d be rich. I took a shot in Harrods in England in the hat department and the security guard wanted to kick me out. I love the composition here even with the blur, the blacks and whites are visually exciting without being a black and white conversion. I?m glad you left it as a color photo. Keep clicking, even when it?s not allowed (but don?t call me to bail you out of jail).
