I do enjoy how you can take such simple objects and wonderrfully portray their true beauty. You remind people to not pass by things without appreciating the gifts that are there for our eyes. MAry

welcome back, after 11 days, (your last post was on March 15th!) you're back with a very good one, well, the whole image is good, but I like the light path on branches and even on leaves, good choice of clip and you did it PERFECT. Mohammad

Dish it out? Are you sure you can take it? Okay. Here we go. How many of us have taken pictures of backlighted leaves? And how many have come even close to something as good as this? None! This is awesome. Beautifully exposed and beautifully composed. It is not just your photographic skills but also your aesthetic sensitivity that leaves the rest of us far back in the dust. It's just simply excellent!

I like this very much. The sunlight through the leaf makes it sort of glow, the lighting is perfect for the angle of the leaf. The background is a good color to highlight the leaf color and the trees add some interesting lines. The only thing I can find is it looks like a sun spot or flare in the upper right corner. (Pretty minor thing I know!) ) Very nice job. Susie

Very good DOF in this image! The back light makes the leaves appear translucent. The composition is good, colors and details are great. Good work Alison!
