Yep, you just have to get used to the perplexed looks of passers-by!

Ian, no post editing - this is the beauty of cross-processing (processing slide film in print chemistry or visa versa) - the colour shifts. I've quite a few examples of this in my portfolio. I took this in my car in a supermarket car park while the little guy was asleep.

This is a first class still life, pin sharp, well composed, bursting with colour. I like the contrast between the leaves and the road.

Great composition, and the eyes...

Lots of energy, I get a sense of exuberance.

Great sense of movement, lots of life. Love your portfolio by the way, you've a very distinctive way of seeing things.

Wow. Love to know if this effect was from lens zoom or digital, or a bit of both?

Wow, this says so much. I like that the subject is centrally placed.

This is lovely, I guess this would look breathtaking reproduced big. Must have been fun to print.

Love the colours here, the spread of berries across the frame is also satisfactory to the eye. I think that if you'd have had a blue sky the colours wouldn't be so saturated.

Lovely sky and sea, wish I'd been there.

Wow, this shot is stunning, I love your seascapes. Those blues with the sky above...

Lovely, the palms lend an exotic air.

The bright spot in the middle has caused the camara to underexpose, providing this shot with an almost 'moonlight' feel. I particularly like the foreground where the water has pulled back. Well done.

Lovely shot, got a kind of hippy feel to it! The sepia works too.

The bursts of colour are nicely superimposed against the regular criss-cross of the branches and fence, well spotted.

Really like this, it's well framed with the branches above and the dappled sunlight on the water. Magical.

Really nice colours, the reflected sky compliments the green of the structure, nice soft light and good composition too. Thanks for the kind comment on my photo!

Alison, this is lovely, great composition and colours. The water and reflectings give this another dimension.

Saw the title and knew the score immediately, isn't it sad that what we see is copywrited? Nice abstract.

Great shot, I really like the way you've retained a hint of detail in the silhouette.

Wow, the title says it all, lovely. The gull swooping in provides a great counterpoint to the rock, gives a bit of dynamic tension. Well done!

Pink again! I really like the open flower next to the bud, kind of tells the story, great depth of field use too.

Lovely subtle colours, and the shutter speed is slow enough to have the water blur a bit. This shot would be realy interesting if you took it in lower light and on a tripod with a slow shutter speed to blur the water even more.
