The recent events in Kenya were a source of grief for all who loved the peace of that beautiful country. I contacted our ex-guide there a few weeks ago, he wrote that it was impossible to go out in the streets. I hope the tension calmed down since then.
Re the attitude of Masais, you are right, I often came across to some who didn't like to be photographed.

Erdem I prefer this one to the color version. There is alot of emotion in both, but this one evokes more I believe. Thank you for sharing these for those who can't be there. It's important to see these situations for everyone!

So, you were in the dusty storm as well:) I see the little spots here and there, but not disturbing, just bad for your camera i suppose:) I did fall in Ierland on my camera and in the mud, near the sea, can you imagine this looks like...loll Be well, Jen

I was so excited to come back on here and see so many more photos from you - all incredible! I love the world view you have and share with us here. Makes the desire to see the world burn even more inside of me - thank you for that!
Anyway, about THIS - I love the photo. The coloring, tone, lighting, contrast, DOF, angle, and everything is just excellent - but mostly I love the expressions. The contrast between the child's serene expression of just BEING and the old man performing depicts a lot. Nice work, as usual :)
