Nice effect with the slow shutter here! I like the sky and exposure settings . . . very dreamy image. There is, in my opinion, a very slight tilt to the horizon (though it's been mentioned often enough by the others) but it doesn't diminish the beauty of this shot. The boulders look like a giant turtle meeting place!

Love the soft movement of the water and the sharpness of the rocks. Of course the composition and light are fantastic also. Nicely balanced and pleasing image. Makes me want to go to the beach!
