Very nice repetition, I would've used a little more wide-angle to strengthen the fuge on the closest doors, 'though a 28mm on a D30 it's like a 35 so it's understandable. Nide DoF.

Very good job, I like the reddish tonality of the picture. Perhaps the composition could emphasize either the sea of the sky, instead of breaking both right in the middle of the shot, but that's just personal taste. I like it. Willy.-

Excellent shot Walter, I like the effect on the sky and the contrasts hightlighted between heaven and earthe. Good job!

Very sensual photo. I like to jump into the screen and... be there...
Excelent shot and composition. The old colours effect gives it even more sensuality.

Muy buena foto Arturo. Me gusta mucho la forma en que has logrado capturar el detalle y los reflejos del mar y a la vez la luz del faro a lo lejos. Excelente profundidad de campo y balance de color.

Excellent, sharp macro shot with a wonderful composition. Maybe a white frame with a fine black contour instead of the gray one could give more constrast and highlight to the flower. Great achievement Arturo!

Jonathan, your last critique pointed me to your work and both things got me thinking and thinking... Let me thank you for the honest and insightful comments about my last picture. I really agree with you. I was so happy of catching her with that face that I couldn't resist to let the world know about it. But yes, if the intent was to show emotions then the work should have been improved a significant bit.
I admire your work, makes me feel lots of emotions that I didn't feel in a long while, but honestly I don't feel like I have the qualifications to understand fully your messages on them enough to give you a critique. I wish I had more arts background!
Thanks again for an experimented and good artist you are to take the time to comment on my begginner's photos. It is an honor by itself.
Willy.-

Very passionate shot! I like the detail of the two flowers, as they add a lot of romanticism to the composition. Lots of feeling come out of the shot. At first I thought of wanting the background a bit more blurred, but after watching again, the beach adds more feeling.
Good job!

Very nice capture for a decisive moment. Wonderfull composition to my understanding. Perhaps the frame is a bit too big for the message of the photo and distracts a little, and lighting and/or sharpness could be improved, but excellent shot above all! Willy.-

I like the effect on the sky you captured. DOF blurred the ships a bit, but overall it is a very good shot.

Nice Shot! I like the colours of the sea and the sky. Maybe much too water, but add a great deal of DOF feel.

Very nice capture. I would crop enough to leave only the center flower and gaussian blur the bacground... even perhaps leave an all green background.
