The geometry and the colours work very well in my opinion. Lighting is good, and plays very well with the tree trunk in the foreground.

I like the DOF and composition.

A really African feel to it...

Ottima davvero. Nei miei favoriti e senz'altro 7/7

Really original picture and truly magical light.
It kind of looks like a Magritte painting - all the colours are contrasting and you cannot make out whether it is night or day.

Cannot believe you got lens flare from the moon!
Great, definitely going in my favourites.

Great picture.

The composition with the mountain in the middle and the clous works very well in my opinion.

Exposure, colour and details are all good.

Everything just works in this one: colours, lines, and composition.
Great shot, in my favourites!

Lekker. I tried many times unsuccessfully to take a decent landscape from a very similar point, but failed to capture the beauty and feel of the place.
I resigned myself to the idea that Knysna was not that photogenic...
I guess panorama was the way to go. It gets the lagoon and the mountain ranges really well.

Great picture.

This is great composition and great lighting.
From the thumbnail I thought it was somewhere in the Namibian desert or something, certainly not Hermanus...

A great abstract out of such an everyday object.
Really original idea and excellent execution.
7/7 for me

The effect is great.
It does look like the cat is nested among eggshells.
Excellent composition and like the tones.

National Geographic material. Really impressive.

Love this picture.

Original, because these cats are always photographed fully alert, ready to pounce or taking down prey, whereas what they spend most of their day doing is precisely dozing!

DOF and focus are great.
(It is true that shadows are slightly bluish.)

Really excellent.

Fantastica, 7/7.

Love this portrait. It is so intimate.
Sharp and at the same time delicate. The light is warm, and plays on the fur. The timing and composition are excellent.

7/7
