Awarded National Akademi Award in photography from Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi in 1996.
Awarded from Unicef/Photo Div. Govt.of India in 1986
Awarded in National Photo Contest organised by Ministry of I&B, Govt.of India in 1995 and 1997.
Conferred AFIAP Distinction in 1989 and EFIAP Distinction in 1999
from the Federation Internationale de l'Art Photographique,Belgium.
