About	Scotland 2005 - The most memorable thing about taking this photo was sitting and talking to a retired fisherman who had lived and worked on these waters. He had seen their beauty and their anger and it was a special part of his life. His spirit signified to me the true spirit of the old Scottish highlands, in touch with their wild & harsh environment giving it the mix of respect & appreciation it deserves.

Beautiful shot. I love the darkness, the depth of the color, and the mist on the water. My only suggestion has to do with the border/frame you've used...I think a very thin white or gray border between the photo and the black frame would look better... set it apart a little.

I love this picture. The darkness makes this picture look stunningly interesting; you are left with the outlines of the rocks, the shore and the small waterplant. The 5 minutes exposure makes a blurry water surface, an added point to the beauty of this picture. Lastly the gradient of the sky in the background from orange tint to deep blue. Excelllent!

The foreground is just a little too dark for my taste but the colours but the water and the light in the distance are stunning.
