I like the angle of the shot, the lack of the old lady's face and the B+W, the hands are very expressive, this to me is a sad photograph. Well done.

when you look at this photo, it is really hard not to feel a deep sorrow. Poverty, helplessnes, loneliness all in one photo. And we are in the other colourful and cheerful photos. Not to be in that black and white photo, we must help the helpless in a way. Congragulations, great photo...

The way you express your idea through the photo is perfect because of 2 elements: the angle when taking the photo, and the lack of her face. It makes people focus on the woman, but the woman is invisible when you did not capture her face. This is an amazing work. Bravo!
