I started out thinking that the right 1/3 did not help you much here but now I think this is just right - appreciating the full range of dark to light across the image. Surprised at the detail in the streaking rain given the exposure time but I have never tried this myself.

Can't see a better framing for this - it's beautiful. I've started to appreciate the dark more and more, also unnaturally dark treatments of subjects that are not dark 'for real'. Such images may not look too inviting as thumbs but once opened the dark makes one look harder and more carefully.
