About I wish I could tell you where this is, but I can't remember! :) My sister and I took a trip up the Cascade Highway this summer and this was at a rest stop along the way.
OK, Sissy...you're the cropping queen...let me have it! Little off the top??
Landscapes really aren't my thing, but I really like this view.

Something about this shot grabs me. The way you framed the picture, you created a small window that lets you see the mountain. The railing does a good job in leading you there. Keep up the good work.

Beautiful scenery. Could be the French or Swiss Alps, or even (nearer home for me) the Southern Alps in Japan. Lovely strong composition, sharp as a tack, and with natural colours. Looks as if landscapes could easily become one of your "things."

WHERE is this , is not important , as the view makes me sink in it , looking in the front (shadow , nice green tree ) . while trying to discover the background (the white mountain, the light blue sky ).
wounderful tableau as been drawn by a great painter , great view Susie .
Sorry dear for being so lazy in commenting on your wounderful work .
best regards .

This landscape, of a wonderful place, is magnificent and realized well, do not serve modifications. I think that you can try to make others landscapes, why you succeed to make this good.

Wow! I like it just the way it is myself. There are so many good things going on in this photo. The natural framing of the mountians with the peek-a-boo view of the lake, the nice line of trees between the lake and the mountians, the nice crisp colors and the leading lines of the fence all work well to make a great photo! Good work.

I like what Ann said about letting the crop queen do the chop. Too funny! I love it! :)

Hi Susie,
I've got to get out West again someday. We don't have anything to compare with those mountains here in the East.

Hi Susie, Long time no see. Did you have a weekend pass from Usefilm?

This is a lovely landscape with some great strong elements here. I enjoy the tree framing the mountains and the glimpse of the lake. I just know that fenced path takes me all the way over to those mountains where you hiked to the top Right? :) The detail is beatiful. Nice, crisp and sharp image.

This is a lovely image to view for me just the way it is. I'll let Kathy the crop queen do the chop. :)

Cheers - Ann :)
