Well there you go. And you have to admit - it's a very Loyesque sort of image.

Ok, here is the story. I still pop a few on UF now and then. And I see this one was posted for me many months ago (A tribute to how little time I have spent on the site recently) and tonight January 20, 2006 I came across this in a very interesting way. I googled my name because I heard some schools are doing that when they hire new teachers. And I wanted to see if I had anything to delete... kekekekeek As for my newer posts, you are right Jon. I drifted away from traditional Jim Loy Illinois stuff and posted a lot of abstract and odd images. But if ya still want to catch some of the classics you can go here. http://spaces.msn.com/members/illbyjil/ And I still have your email address to send you a copy of that slideshow if I ever get round to putting it together again. Gone, but not forgotten. We are saddened by his passing but inspired by his Art.

I heard that someone calling himself "Jim Loy" is posting on UF again, but whoever he is seems to lack the authentic Jim-Loy-Boy-From-Illinois touch. I'm thinking it's an imposter.
