Elles sont allées à l'école ensemble mais elles ne se parlent plus depuis que celle de dos a marché sur le mégot. Belle compo qui nous fait plonger jusqu'au bout d'un corridor en nous arrêtant une seconde au snack. drilan

Your ?about? elevates the interest and transforms this average picture into an interesting one; two women very close in age, even possibly sharing the same hairdresser and possibly as you suggest one time schoolmates ? yet one looks ahead, window shopping, while the other a janitor, sweeps the floor. A momentary meditation on the random happenstance of destiny. Pretty cool.

As I told Larry Fosse, I'm very superficial and willing to shoot anything that comes within focusing distance. Hooray for digital! ;-) My travel shedule is something I do enjoy. It's typically three weeks a year: one or two in Paris (thanks to a deal with friends who have a neat apartment there) and one or two in another country. I pretty much always have the camera at hand and always end up with more pictures than anticipated. Among other things, it allows me to retrace my steps and enjoy it all over again.

I'm fascinated by the vast range of subjects you choose to shoot and post. I'm not sure what to make of this particular image, but it gives me the opportunity to comment on the amazing range of countries in which your photos are taken. Are you ever at home (wherever that may be)? AJ
