Well if your going to call me Martin, then I'll call you Tracey instead of Trace... ;)
Tracey,
You know me I love this capture, because it's totaly level... On the original I didn't do this, because I knew the past, in which you said it was 300 years old and running down hill anyway...
If I didn't know the above facts I would perfer this image hands down. But, and you have always loved my butt:) The colors and editing you did in PS is much better on the Original Post... IMHO
Keep up the wonderful work my friend,
Marty, or should I be? Martin? LMAO

Hi Trace, I remember when you first put this one. I was itching to straighten it, but in your about you said that's what it really looked like! I do like this version though. It's really pleasing. Nice to be able to compare. Good job.

Hi George thankyou for you comments and my husband said it does look like the Stag, I lived in Salisbury but hubby knew the pubs Lol..I redid it in b/w but I think a little more grain would have been better, anyway I'll keep playing, thanks George..Tracey

Hi Tracey. When I saw the thumbnail of this on the main page, I actually thought that it was sthe STAG hotel here in Adelaide!!
Anyway, to the image.
The adjustments that you have made are excellent. You have obviously rotated the canvass, which has resulted in the image being better "balanced" and to a more true perspective. With respect to the colour / tone, i think that both work equally as well. What would be interesting in redoing this image in a high contrast black and white and possibly increased grain effect to accentuate that olde world effect.
Well done
Regards, George.
