Thanks, Christian. We came very good along with English, found also many people (specially in the touristic regions) who spoke German. A few words we learned also Croatian. So it worked very well.

Lovely, colorful juxtaposition of old and new, Markus, so much more colorful than what I remember. We were there in 1988, the old was falling apart abd the new was hardly there. I remember going half through the town looking for a film for my camera. I did find it finally in one of the small streets.
