Isn't 8 the same as CS?? You should have the feature. Look under Select on the tool bar and then down to color range. Don.

Don Thanks for the info, however I use PSP8 and I don't think I have the option you speak of. I will take another look and see if I can figure out a way. I haven't worked with layers yet, so I need to find a way to change the sky without using them if possible. Thanks again, tho. I really love the blue sky behind the tree!!!

Joann, do you have Photoshop CS?? I don't remember if any of the earlier versions have Color Range. Go to Select, down to color range. When the box comes up use the + eye dropper to select the sky. Adjust the fuzziness so that only the sky is selected. Say OK. Now you will have only the sky selected with dancing ants.. I have some blue sky only pictures. Open your blue sky picture, Select, All, Edit, Copy. Go back to the one that you were working on and go to Edit, Paste into and now you have blue behind the other area. If you want you can select the move tool and move the layer you have just pasted. I have some cloud pictures and you need to move them so the clouds are in the right place. If you need more help, send an email.
Don.

Thanks for your comment and for taking the time to upgrade the image. How did you manage to only color the sky??? Blessings to you and yours.

This has such beautiful colors. Just wish the sky was a little better for you. I took the liberty of putting in a more blue sky. Hope you don't mind. Don.
