He must have picked up on a good vibe from you to have let you get so close...love hawks,but have only shot a few flying ones that don't show enough detail or clarity...this one stands out well against that clear blue sky...beautiful color,clarity and details...excellent shot,Yamil

wonderful capture Yamil, looks really majestic sitting there. The profile view is one of my favorites. A++
By the way I did not stay long at arrast today, I saw a nice kite with a mouse on the other side of the fence so I jumped over right next to a giant snake, when I landed I saw him and freaked out and jumped back over the fence landed in one of those sticker bushes which were all stuck in my arm, and also cut my leg LOL. so headed home. Bad Day....
