Hi! Thank you for your comment. As I wrote in the descritpion it is just a REALLY wet windscreen of a car. I had to wait some time in a car in front of a store, it was raining and I had my camera with me and I was bored :-) There is no Photoshop manipulation here - the structure is some water pouring down the glass and completely out of focus lights of other cars behind it.
