About	For the past couple of years, Ford Motor Company has chosen to grow beneficial plants on vacant land instead of keeping manicure lawns that may look good to some, but are of no use to anyone. By doing this, they are providing food and cover for a variety of insects, birds and small mammals. They deserve credit for their efforts.
