I'm not sure exactly what it is that attracts me but I think the way it has the appearance of being brushed on that I find fascinating. The fore ground and the ripples in the water are what attracted me to this scene first the light leak being an added bonus.
I wasn't going to post this image but I thought it would be interesting to see what people had to say about it. Thanks for your thoughts they are always appreciated.
Oh Wow Mark, this is wonderful, I love everything about it, ok well except for the numbers, hahaha...very moody, it's almost like 2 pictures, I really like the horizon, the moody lighting and the house in the distance, very beautiful, and the simplicity of the foreground is wonderful, I love the composition with the rocks leading the eye into the image, the tender young sapling and it's shadow are lovely...very nicely done...:):)
