I'm sure they are agressive. They kill spiders and other insects with that strong pincers and humans also can receive a pinch from that. I attached a picture with their nest, there you can see spider legs.

first time ,I see a picture of this insect.

Thank you! I found a nest of ear wigs and I was amazed. Maybe I'll upload a shot with all of them too. I found out and seen with my own eyes that they are agressive with spiders.
