I had to click on the thumbnail to see what this was. It was it. This is superb, slow shutter, water motion effect. As I'm a novice with photoshop, what is the advantage of converting colour to bw, instead of shooting in bw?

a really contrasty effect - just how mono's should be in my humble opinion. none of thei wishy washy grey :-)
the left hand side is the best bit, towards the bottom corner, really shiney look that stands out.
nice to see I'm not the only water man on here :-)
