You're right, Richard, I was very lucky on this one. I was completely taken with her serene look in a really hectic, noisy environment. As you can see from the exposure data (1/25 @ 5.6, 1600 ISO on a moving Metro car) there was no latitude, and luck was with me. Thanks for your comments and good eyes. --g

What attracts me is the strong curved diagonal of the scarf. The lips and chin might benefit from more depth of field, but this was not posed and you were right to get it while you could. The subject's expression, deep in thought (or just tired) is great. Overall, outstanding.
