I really like the concept of the shot, the dark background really makes you look at her. I agree there a couple of hot spots, but not bad. I think a reflector on behind her/to camera's left might have helped just a little. I would love to know how you lit this shot, it appears to be 1 light to the camera right and above.

Skin tones are spot-on, but her shoulder and wrist are just a *tad* over-exposed. Still stunning, though, Susan.

Great work with the lighting. My only comment would be the area beneath her right arm. I would liked to have a little back light to pick out the line of her rear from the back ground. But as you seem to have controlled the rest of the lighting so expertly I guess this is not what you wanted.
