I am from Bydgoszcz - this is biger city near Inowrocław:)
On the photo are ... polish name teznie (young element of town). This is part of the park on Inowrocław. The air is there some like near the sea.

Ha - that looks like a "teznia", something I've seen only in Poland! (Sorry, I can't get Polish characters on this computer.) I like the way you've got the green behind the arches.
