Very creative, Gayle. The square format fits it so well, and the Holga-effect is in part from your burning, I expect? The old-slide color-shift saturation is attractive too, lending it a dreamlike surreality. Very nice! ~Tim

Gayle,
Definitely a vision from a dream or something. Just a glance, and idea of the moment, the place, the sounds, the visions. Nice warped colours. Your personal style is so strong in these shots.
I'll get there one day, I think... ;)

I love the lighting on this. The circular pattern draws the eye directly into the water and under the bridge. Looks almost like a painting. Dreamy looking.

Oh wow, thank you! I just love water...ponds, streams, lakes, canals, tide pools and levees. This one reminds me of a place called Templin Highway where we used to fly fish (for fish, not flies) ;^) The weirdest thing happened there. I slipped and fell into a section of still water that was six feet deep. Instead of going down over my head, I got picked up and was able to get my footing and walk back onto shore. Weird. Didn't get wet.
