Hi Biagio,
a great portrait for sure. the toning is excellent, and I like the selective focus. I'm just wondering if the scratches on the image are intended.

Beautiful capture, Biagio. Marvelous tonal quality and subject.
One suggestion: you might want to clone out the small horizontal lines that look like scratches. While the darker ones aren't as noticable, the white on dark (see top left in hair, lower on neck and low foreground on sweater) distract the eye quite a bit.
