As for my taste, I find a slight barrel distortion quite useful for some sceneries - this is an example where I would make a barrel if absent ;-) Of course, a matter of taste. The ship mast touching the border is a slight drawback, not a major issue. MOtif, composition, and color palette are superb, like it very much !

Thanks for taking the time to comment PJ it's always much appreciated. The focal length was I used 18mm I'm pretty sure. Though I'm not sure if you know about the 1.6x conversion factor on this Canon DSLR as well as some others. So 18-55mm is really 28-88mm. Sorry if you already know this hehe.. I guess whether you know that or not I still could've prevented minor distortion by zooming in a bit. As for the composition problem I definitely noticed it and am disappointed in myself about it ! There's always a next time :P
