Verena, I prefer this one. In fact, this one seems to be more flowing. The eyes can follow each lines with a feeling of "freedom" which does not appears in the version II..

klasse Linien-Konstruktion das... quasi ein perpetuum mobile für das auge. ich finde immer wieder einen anfang. sehr schwierig zu fotografieren. du hast es gut geschafft =)

Ok...after flipping back and forth between them for about 45 seconds, I'd say this one is the most dynamic and visually appealing. I think it's partially due to the difference in composition, but always due to differences in lighting...this one seems to have better light. This is a cool shot with wonderful "zebra-like" lines..:)

I like this one more than #2... great lines on both, and nice contrasts as well. i think the lines on this one create much more tension that the other. both lovely works....
