Excelletnt composition. Both the clouds and the waves are trying to converge at the middle ground.
Slow speed has made the waves more softer and the clouds bit more brighter.

Wonderful shot!!! Great view, 'simple' but stunning!!! Beautiful colors, don't know if it's the 'work' you did on this (wouldn't have noticed it if you didn't tell, so... well done!!!) but it has a mysterious feel to it.... great job!!!
