Well spotted by your kids, John! And this moth is well spotted also! The "eyes" are suitably colour-coordinated with the flower. I'm glad it kindly stayed put, while you ran for your camera!

Some of us might have panicked, and just snapped away, but you've taken your time and composed this, superbly. A macro to remember.

I just want to say 'thanks' to My boys for being so persistant!!! I was working in the yard and VERY busy! They yelled a few times and I got a little annoyed, but they would not stop until I put down the shovel and got the camera out!!!Next time I will be more inclined to listen the first time!!! I LOVE You guys!! Thanks for being My second , third , and fourth pair of eyes!!!!You guys are 'THE BEST SON's" in the entire world!
