this picture is amazing, you have a great vision and technique. I love the selective blur, colour and mood. -just left of the head, the leaves in sharp focus are slightly distracting. Great picture, one of my favs.

Hi Jeanette,

very cool outcome. I may call this "fake Holga", but this is just your style and there is nothing "faky" about it. great colors!

best wishes,

Thilo

It's all about the "tilt", here. Oh yeah, and the colors.....oh yeah, and the focus/out of focus DOF.....oh yeah, and the lighting......

This image has some very unique qualities that sneak up on you, rather than jump out at you. In other words, your brilliance is impossible to conceal. ..Brad

Nice, Jeanette. The blur filter gives this a much more dreamy impression.

Good lighting and nice "printing".

Jeanette, in my lifetime only once i visited a doctor for my eyes, and he told me i was 0.25 degree hard on seeing near (hipermetrop in Turkish :) and one of my friends told me this was ideal for pilots :) his father was a helicopter pilot in air forces.. now i am not sure that my eyes are ideal for being a pilot, thank you very much!!! :)))

Holy kitsch is indeed a good subject for Holgaisms. I prefer not to associate these too strongly with that camera and I find I like them better after removing that constraint. Colors here of course - a real forte of yours.

...I like this one - the contrast of the red and green perfectly compliments the gold of the statue - I have to say the blur thru the forground green make me seem somewhat of a voyeur...just peeking...K

Inser att jag var för kortfattad (en j-a internetsjuka %#*!). Menar att det är ett bra 'Holga'-ämne. För övrigt är färgskalan enormt bra och hon verkar fundera över äpplet (och det gör hon rätt i - det är gott!) /h
