Thank you for your nice comment and suggestion, Sarah. Interesting idea, cutting out the pole. I hadn't considered it. There's also an earlier comment on the image where the viewer finds extra pleasure in the image by the fact there is a bird flying into the wire.
I honestly don't know whether the pole should be cloned out. I get the feeling it helps balance out the dog.
Thanks for making me think!

This is a great moment shot. The lighting is perfect! I like the PS work you did. If I had one suggestion, it would be to consider cloning out the pole and wire on the left. I have attached a version to consider. Just a thought though. Great job!

Dear Angelo, A very nice shot and great composition. My opinion on the dog is that the shot is so peaceful that I would have liked to see the dog in a sleeping / resting position against the cement curb or on the road instead of him being "on the move" (but then you don't have much control over what a strange dog does). Nice work all in all, Mark

Angelo - you asked in a comment a week or so if anthing had happened to me recently (I think because of some of my more negative images) - nothing much has happened but I have just been in a real funk that i have had trouble getting out of - I do see a light at the end of the tunnel now and will be a better participant - sorry for my lack - as they say "it's me - not you" - thanks for your interest, commnets and your great view of the world. Kev

Thank you for the wonderful comment, Kevin.
I've missed your visits and comments. I guess florals and landscapes are not your cuppa tea...

...what a happy accident with the dog coming into the frame - the thing I really like is that blue church spire framed within the center gate - perfectly placed between the two crosses on the gate itself - in addition I thing the bird flying to meet his kind hanging out on the wire on the left hits home and gives more action and movemnt to the image - nice colors all around - K

Linda composição Angelo, o cachorro e a cripta centralizada no portão ficaram otimos! Sem falar da luz do sol na linha do horizonte que dá uma atmosfera excelente! Parabéns! Roberto.
