Hey Gabrielle,

I guess I?m on the dark side? (lol) Sometimes less is more? Lovely capture my friend? I hope you don?t mind the cropping, or enhancements?

My Best,

Well you know Margaret the fact that I do occasionally use PS means in Mr Loys eyes that I am doomed anyway and have gone over to the dark side..

Hi Gabrielle, I did originally put a line in about PS and Jim and PS and I know you don't use it, I was just interested in what difference it made to the image.

Margaret I kept the sign in quite deliberately. I know it is a little dark. I guess i was having a Loy moment by not lightening it. I really dont use photoshop that much. I will post some more of this little lake later. thank you for the comments and posts!

Gabrielle great lines angles and colours and brilliant reflection. I'm not sure if with the sign I would have brightened so you could read it well, or cloned it out. can't decide if it adds something to the picture or takes the eye away from the lovely colours and reflections. had a go at both - see what you think

This would be a great shot if it wasn't for that pesky sign.

I really like this image of the deck and it's reflection in the water. It would have been nice if the sign wasn't in the image or if the sign was in the image, but you could see the whole sign. It just seems like an object in the photo rather than a part of it (at least to me it does).
