I had difficulties recognizing what it was. once I learned from commenter with better eyes than mine - or brains- I started to like the play of light you show here. It is always worth the experiment in my opinion- Regards Jörg

I'm not sure if mist can hurt a lens, but I would imagine that a lot of it depends on the quality of lens. Long term exposure to moisture is probably what you need to be more worried about.
It's really humid here in Florida and this has happened to me from time to time. Usually its a function of temperature changes (like when I leave my nicely air conditioned house and venture outside). If you can avoid rapid changes in temperature that will probably decrease the mist problem (I think). :)

But actually it works nicely in color, the cats color matches the curtain and the wall giving it a monochrome feel

Im thrilled and happy that you liked it hansi! Remember I tried fixing plastic to the lens but wasn?t successful

I like it.. I find it very expressive.. Presenting it in B&W is the perfect choice.. I don't think it would as effective in colour.. Well Done..
