greate eye contact with the camera, its very difficult to direct a model to do that, eye contact with camera is very important you did very well in this picture and the girl is just perfect :)

Yep, Francisco u are right I desaturated with GIMP cause she has a pink lipstick on her lips and didn`t look ok for me even I tried to do something only to her lips!!!
