Kevin,

Much better composition here, withoug the fallen wood getting in the way. Love the way those waterfalls seem to start at the top edge of the frame. Nice work.

I like the subdued colours and the white blur of the splash at the bottom. I think this one would also look terrific in B&W.

I prefer this photograph of Roughting Linn to the B&W. It's more natural in every way. I get a greater feeling of distance that enables me to interpret the blurred water as a cloud of mist thrown off by the waterfall. And the very little colour there is all the more effective for being subtle.

Yes i like vthis one better Kev. On the b and w there was a bit nmess in the bottom right hand corner but this is a much tighter view.Good one. I think you should post this in black and white. Roughting lynn does not suit colour.

The composition is a little better here (without the jumble of foreground dead wood) but I still prefer the B&W. The color in this image distracts from the focal point of the falls.
